Guidelines for submitting articles

After joining the site, enter the articles header on the main page, send and track articles.
Download the writing guide file, letterhead, poster.
The poster size of the articles should be sent in dimensions of 70x90.
After reading the above, click on the icon of sending new articles
On the new page, enter the article title, abstract and keywords and click on the next option (note that the language of sending articles is only accepted in English)
Enter the full details of the authors of the article. Select the author responsible for the article and the author providing the article in this section and then click on the next option.
Select the topic related to your article from the available list.
Write your additional description about the relevant article and click on the next option.
Upload the pdf and Word file of the relevant article according to the requested format. Abstract>> word supplementary file<< pdf
Upload the image of the deposit slip and the deposit confirmation certificate from the Chemical Society in the supplementary files (more information)
After making sure that the files are uploaded, click on the next option.
Choose how to submit the article.
Information about your article, authors will be displayed in this section. To complete the submission of the article, click on the "Send Article" option.
It should be noted that the results of the judging of your articles will be sent to you via email and website.
After judging and accepting the article, the accepted article will be sent to the sender of the article via e-mail and website, if correction is needed, and the sender of the article must correct the requested items within a maximum period of three days (after receiving the correction email). and upload the corrected article through the website. For this purpose, after accepting the article, be sure to visit your email and user panel (article tracking) on the website.
If there is any problem or ambiguity about sending articles, contact the scientific committee of the secretariat.
